Hello, I am 30 and I have stomach problems. No insurance. Bloating. Fatigue. Dizzy. My stomach gets hard and painful. and this has been going on for some time. I got better for a while but I am now getting sick again. Tried probiotics and gasex but nothing works

hi..dont worry! just drink 4 glasses of water for first.After that clear out the faeces and eat something heavy protein food then take some nap and after napping drink again water.
