What Causes Painful And Heavy Menstruation?

When I have a period, it is painful, clots and heavy bleeding through out the day. It s not steady but the three symptoms come together one behind the other in that order with spaces in between. I did flow at night but very seldom now. Someone said maybe the onset of menopause. YYYY@YYYY

Menopause is a normal stage of life, as well as puberty. It is the stage of the last menstrual cycle, but symptoms may begin several years earlier.

I treat my patient with Ginseng,Cava,
Phytoestrogens(they come for free on soymilk),Melatonina,Vitamina E.
