What Causes Painful And Heavy Period With Sore Breast After Stopping For Months?

Hi im 44 had regular light periods.a few months ago they stopped for 5mths then have had 2periods a month apart but they are painful,heavy and with full sore breasts.I am often nauseaus with bad cramps particularly on left side.Have had tubaligation and pelvic ultrasound doesnt show anything,blood tests normal.
