What Causes Painful And Red Mark In Eyes?

yesterday night i was driving then suddenly a storm came and it hitted my eye with dust and pollutants. Now I am feeling some pain in eye and also a red mark in my white ball. plz advise what type of eye drop I can take to remove this red mark and pain? thank u

dust and sand must have entered your eye and injured your conjunctiva. must wash your eye repeatedly, if still you have feeling of foreign body then yo have to visit an eye doctor for removal.
