What Causes Painful And Swollen Ankle?

i have pain and swelling over my ankle since 20 days for 3 days then it disappear and i feel pain in right axilla for few days
it also disapprer and my ankle hurt me again 2 or 3 days , now i feel pain on right side of my neck
there is no fever ,no weight loss
what is the diagnosis please ?
