What Causes Painful And Swollen Gland In The Side Of Pubic Area?

Hi I am a 24 year old women I have had a swollen gland in the right side of my groin for years it s hard and does not move when I had it checked when I was 14 they said it was swollen of an infection in my toe. But has never went down i have had no problems up until lately when I keep getting little sharp pains in it do you know what might be causing this thank you.

Hi,
You might be having chronic lymphadenitis on right sided inguinal region.
Any infection on right side leg or in pubic region like razor bump,local skin infection, yeast infection, any lower genital infection might precipitate enlargement of inguinal lymph nodes.
Consult your doctor and get examined and go for treatment of having any chronic infection over the part.
Keep local hygiene clean and healthy, particularly during period.
