What Causes Painful And Swollen Knee And Thigh?

I have Pain in my right knee, that is ok after lying down/sleeping but is aggrivated when walking or sitting and worsens throughout the day. I have swelling above my right knee and in my thigh. My calf is not tight! Weakness and pain and numbness in my right arm and hand and wrist. Weakness in my back and occasional shooting pains. I am 34 yr old female and had a dvt last year. Tests found no cause for this.
