What Causes Painful And Tender Nipples With Lower Abdominal Pain?

For approximately 2 weeks I've been having painful, tender, engorged, painful nipples. I am need with home hcg tests. Infertility problems, appt next week for Clomid use. ALL labs normal except progesterone at 0.50. LUQ pains (?ibs) acute random lower abdomen pains.. dysmenorrhea or menorrhagia x 1 year.. any ideas? Have tried itc cream on nipples, minimal relief.

This is nonspecific type of complain more fall in category of functional one just do nothing this will come around on its own, you are trying the things which is not advisable in any way instead this could be dangerous may lead to infection, I hope this answer would be helpful to you take care and have nice day.
