What Causes Painful Arms Along With Muscle Spasms In Chest?

i get similtaneous pain in both arms, chest feels like a muscle spasm, discomfort runs down both arms to fingers and last a very short time, leaving with a little weakness, then disappears. I have mentioned this to three doctors, none feel heart related, just had a ekg normal. they are unsure if related to gerd or working out with light weights. what is your opinion?

Hi welcome to HCM
I understand your query and concerned.
Your symptoms could be definitely related to lifting weights leading to excess muscular strain thereby leading to pain.Excessive muscular activity will also cause excess acid release in the gut.So you need drugs like Nsaids and analgesics with the prescription of your doctor.Cotinue these medication for 10 to15 days.Slowly increase your workouts.Dont lift excess weights suddenly as they may lead to hernia.Drink 3-4 litres of water.Take fresh fruit juices and vegetable salads regularly.Take buttermilk, coconut water daily.Consult your doctor for expert management.Post your further queries if any.
Thank you
