What Causes Painful Black Colored Rash Under The Foot?

hi i am having some problem under sole of my right foot...actually at first i noticed that a light black color under my foot as it seems that something was beneath bcoz when i pressed that it pains so i try to do some home made activity like digging out with help of needle but after that i found that ther was nothing inside.. i was relaxed for 3/4 days but then after i noticed that i might have done wrong bcoz it started paining little bit and size increases gradually ..since past 2 months its size increases and presently it size is circular approx in 1 cm diameter....or less but it pains sometimes whenever my foot don t land properly while walking it pains......so can u suggest me what to do ??? now............

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might have developed fungal infection.
Your description matches with that.
Usually fungal infections are itchy and recurrent.
Please get a KOH mount done,
This can confirm the fungal etiology.
Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.
Treatment must be continued for at least a month to prevent recurrance.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
