What Causes Painful Blisters In My Vagina?

Hi i have in the last couple of weeks developed several lumps under my clitoral hood tehy are very painful to touch its almost the sensation of having a needle under the skin and it being moved around whilst under the skin any ideas on what it might be im getting very worried now as it hasn't subsided?
