Hello and welcome to HCM,
Prolonged antibiotic therapy can lead to diarrhea.
Clostridium difficale is a common bacterial agent which leads to colonization of the large intestine while on antibiotic therapy.
Since, there is increased frequency of stool passage, stool examination is required to look for evidence of infection.
Clostridium difficale is not identified on stool examination but other concomitant infections can be picked up on microscopic examination.
Serological tests for clostridium are required to diagnose infection with Clostridium.
Consult your treating doctor for clinical assessment and prescription of investigations.

Thanks and take care
