19 yr old male in army, wrestling...19 yr old had another man in rear naked chokehold n other mans head was in the middle of 19yr old chest, both men fell forward hard . Now 19 yr old is having severe pain, hurts n hard to breathe, painful to yawn, cough, raise voice. what possible damage could have been done?

All these can cause similar symptoms. So better to get done chest x ray. If chest x ray is normal then no need to worry much.
