What Causes Painful Bruises On The Shoulders And Arms?
I have open scrapes on my right leg, rather large scrapes on knees and a large spider bite on my left leg. I also have various scrapes and bruises on shoulders and arms. The issue is that my legs are very painful and feel like hot needle sticking in me. The pain is nearly unbearable, normally I handle pain very well.

The pain and bruising in legs may be caused by varicose veins found in your legs. You should do a doppler ultrasound of leg veins to see the conditions of leg circulation. Meanwhile, use cold baths and keep legs elevated.
