Hello, * As per my clinical experience, the issue of a painful bump on the lower leg after toe and ankle surgery indicate most likely deep vein thrombosis due to bed rest, compression cast possibly applied or else. * As you are already taking blood thinner in terms of an antiplatelet agent, I recommend an immediate evaluation with doppler of the lower limb for best possible evaluation and further management without any delay to avoid possible damage to the distal limb.
