What Causes Painful Bump On The Penis?

Hi, I m 24 yo. I m not so sexually active. I have been until 3 months before. Then I broke up with my gf. I m here because I have a bump on my penis. It appeared about a week ago as a small bump, then raised a little. When I squeezed it, a thin string like white substance came out. It was very little, then there was pain for two or three days, then it started to heal. Now it looks like a open sore (please see atached pic). Can you please identify what it is. Thanks

Hello
Such type wound ( sore ) may be due to these possibilities , these include:
1 Sebaceous cyst .
2 Dermoid cyst
3 Fungus infection .
Also get in blood for VDRL test.
Since it is not healed and without physical examination it is very difficult to say something about proper diagnosis.
So either upload a clear picture or consult a dermatologist for proper diagnosis .
I find this answer helpful
