What Causes Painful Bumps All Over The Body?

I ve been getting plenty of pimple like bumps (sometimes large but small ones appear as well) through out my skin, under my waist only though. The first one appeared about 8 months ago on my outer right thigh area which was really painful, and lasted about 2 weeks till I was able to pop it and ooze like fluid was excreted, now I have a scar and my skin is indented where it was. I ve been getting couple more of them and sometimes painful like the one I have now right next to the base of my penis. I ve also acquired a case of jock itch I believe because I m always scratching my jock area. I need help on diagnosis of the problem. I can show pictures for better understanding. Please help I am kind of scared as well.

I really appreciate your concern, allergic condition could be likely cause and second it could be impetigo but this needs clinical examination and without this it can not be taken as granted, try some steroid preparation and best would be "Beclomethasone" blood sugar need to be tested hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
