What Causes Painful Chest And Armpit With Coughing Up Blood?

I had a ct done of my abdomen and they incidentally found a subpleural nodule 5mm that wasnt there 2 weeks before...now my left chest, under my armpit and in my back on the left side hurts constantly and I was coughing up blood a few weeks ago...should I be worried?!

Hello dear from my opinion I am suggesting that you have a condition called tuberculosis based on the symptoms you displayed meanwhile kindly check out with a nearby diagnostic center for a sputum culture test to rule out tuberculosis meanwhile take some hematinics for the blood look pending the outcome of the result
