As per your query you have symptoms of painful chest and throat while breathing well these symptoms are due to Gastroesophageal Reflux disease commonly known as Acid Reflux. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles 2-3 times a day. You should consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and in case of acid reflux he can advise you to take proton pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole. Doctor may refer you to cardiologist if symptoms are related to cardiac pathology. Avoid hot, spicy,acidic and heavy meals. Maintain proper hygiene. Drink plenty of water and liquids. Take tepid sponging if it is severe headache. Maintain proper hygiene and drink plenty of fluids. You should exercise daily. Avoid large meals.
