What Causes Painful Cramp After Intercourse While Having Mirena?
I'm 24yrs old, I've had Mirena in the past. Anyhow, just this afternoon I had sexual intercourse with my husband, and all of a sudden I felt something, as a break. And felt like a knuckle crack. Since I felt that I've had pain that started as a simple cramp, now it feels 5x a cramp...

Cramping and bleeding following intercourse are expected side effects of Mirena IUD. However, if the pain worsens follow up with urgent care.
