What Causes Painful Cramps And Bump In The Quad Muscle?
I ran half marathon and god dehydrated. In about 30 minutes after my run I had a very painful cramps (very local) in my quad muscle. I felt that under the skin I got a bump 2 inches diameter. In the morning I found two bruises in the same exact place. Can actually cramps leave bruises (inside damage to the blood vessels)?
