General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Vague pain is quite common with varicose vein and unfortunately, surgery is the only treatment option available. As of now, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or tramadol for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, better to consult a general surgeon and get a Doppler scan done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
