Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain if you see a big hole in the place where you have got your tooth extracted and do not see any blood clot filling the extraction socket then it should be alarming as if you have lost the blood clot there can be formation of a
dry socket and the pain will be evident after 4 to 5 days of extraction..
If you do not see any clot or healing tissue in the socket which can be slightly whitish by now then you need to consult your
dentist and get evaluated..
The other thing that you are worried of a clear bubble over the gums near the extraction socket can be a traumatic ulcer or a left over
abscess if you had an infected wisdom tooth or in case if any piece of root of tooth is accidentally left in the socket the infection can lead to persistent abscess in the region..
I would suggest you not to panic as both the conditions are treatable and just continue with the medication and other instructions given to you by your dentist and get checkup done to rule out the exact status of the extraction socket and get treated accordingly if needed..
Hope this information helps..
