What Causes Painful Ear Lobe?

Hi I am 18 and I have had this problem with my earlobe it hurts and it feels hard also I feel like there is a vein when ever I turn my head behind my ear/ neck. There is a tight feeling and behind my earlobe it feels strange and I am really nervous. Can you help me?

Please dont worry , you maybe having a infection of the ear lobe and i would like you to meet your ent doctor for confirming this, it is easily treatable with antibiotics and for this you should meet your ent doctor. Thanks
