What Causes Painful Ejaculation And Lower Abdominal Pain?

hello, i am a 25 years old male, i have a pain that started somewhere in the lower abdomen or my legs two month ago, i cant really know where the pain is coming from sometimes i can fell it in the back of my hip, sometimes between the hip and the left testicle, and, sometimes in my left testicle, the pain also travel to the bottom of my leg and sometimes to my hands. i saw 3 doctors, the first said that it is a hernia and gave medications, the second one said it was a sciatica and gave treatments for 25 days, i also had an x-ray & an mri and nothing showed up the third one said it s the tendon and gave medications and he also said that i have an infection in the bladder since i have a pain in my left testicle and i have painful ejaculations, three times blood in my urine and a small burn feeling when i pee so what seems to be the problem i m having?
