What Causes Painful Ejaculation?

Hi..I ve been having a lot of pain after ejaculation..been treated for epidytemus infection quite a few times over the years..I m 53..I think I have a blocked sperm duct due to inspissated semen..,question is what is the procedure to unblock the sperm duct?
