What Causes Painful Ejaculation?

my husband(62) has extreme sensitivity and burning in his penis during and after ejaculation. From what I gather it is in his urethra or the tubes from his testicles. I have been diagnosed with HPV, yet never have had any surface abnormalities (vaginal warts).

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history related to your husband having painful ejaculation and burning in his penis. You are diagnosed as Herpes HPV.
I would advise him the following:
To get the semen test for knowing whether any infection.
Clinical evaluation, actual per-rectal palpation the prostate.
Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen for genito-urinary system.
Tests of blood
Tests of urine: routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.

All these tests will help to get the proper diagnosis and a plan for treatment.
