What Causes Painful Eyelids And Soreness When Diagnosed With Encephalitis?

I am experiencing excessive eye blinking, eye lid pain. sore eyes, eye tearing, and extreme sleepiness/fatigue. I have history of encephalitis, seizure disorder, heart bypass, and parkisonism/ myoclonus. What could this be? I am confused as to what the treatment should be.

get examined by eye doctor it can be blepharitis sty. not related to encephalitis apply neosporine eye ointment to be rubbed in lid. clean the eye lid with sterile swab.. mantaincleanliness and hygiene. dandruff be treated with nizral solution and repeated with nizral shampoo.
