Hello,
Your symptoms are suggestive of some vaginitis along with urinary tract infection. This could be the reason for the continued spotting. Brown spotting is suggestive of old collected discharge. You need to have a local examination to exclude erosion, polyp and swabs taken from the cervix and vagina to exclude infection. Urinalysis also is needed. A pap smear also should be done. Further management can be planned after the investigation results. Please maintain proper genital hygiene. Drink adequate liquids. Do not use tampons; use sanitary napkins instead. Hope this helps.
