What Causes Painful Glands Behind Ear And Stiff Neck?

hi ive had pain in the glands behind my ear and under my jaw,ive also had constant head aches and a stiff neck,my doctor said it was an infection in my salivary glands and gave me erythromycin 250g which i took for 7 days 4 times a day,ive finished them now and its still troubling me,could i have a problem with my ears?im also really tired all the time

I must say that once please consult your dentist and check whether any intraoral infections of teeth tongue or tonsils are present. These infections can also cause pain in the neck. Also please do salivary test or scan. Have hot food and liquids.
