What Causes Painful Hard Knot Below Sternum With Chest Pressure?
I am a 33 yr old mom of 5. Started running late spring. After running I now have a hard knot at the base of my sternum that is painful when pressed. After a run the next day my chest feels pressure from inside and the pain from the bone is stronger. I can breathe deeply without pain and generally feel great.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to hyperacidity and in my opinion this can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day, try to low down the stress, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
