What Causes Painful Hard Lump In Cheek?

I have a hard lump in my cheek. It's very painful and it's immovable. It's been here for about a month now. I thought it was from getting my wisdom teeth out but ita not. There's no white spot or anything to it bur it really hurts when it's pressed or touched.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern....

As per your complain a hard lump over the cheek can be due to a few reason like :
1.Tooth infection leading to formation of dental abscess..
2.Inflammation of the gum flap over the wisdom tooth known as PERICORONITIS and it can lead to formation of Inflammatory swelling over the cheek..
3.Bone Cyst..
4.Infected Sebaceous Cyst as there is pain.
5.Salivary gland swelling..
You need to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated for the cause of swelling as the correct treatment can be planned only after knowing the correct diagnosis as the treatment for different conditions can be completely different from each other and positive results of treatment can be achieved only with correct diagnosis..
As of now for pain you can take Ibuprofen..
