What Causes Painful Hard Lump Near Clitoris?

I have a hard bump near my clitoros that is painful. It was bleeding a little last night. I had sex 3 weeks ago. I've had the bump for a couple of days. What could it be? I'm 40 and 150lbs. Healthy. Also, I have rash on my chest and back that's been there for 6 months.
