What Causes Painful Intercourse And Blood In Urine?
I do have painful entercourse sometimes, there was bleeding in my urine . Days after intercourse, I need to take a hormone, but hate creams, used vagilsil but dr said only 10 milgrams allowed in us and I needed 20. Hate creams. What can I use similar to vagisil that will work. Also I have diverticulitis, am hoping that has nothing to do with bleeding. What is your thought?
Hi, Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. As per your history is concerned please follow :-[As pain during intercourse as well as blood in the urine is present we have to look first urinary tract ]so 1)Check your Urine[RE/ME/culture] for any infection present or not and number of Pus cell or RBC present or not. 2)Do one [Ultrasound to ruled out kidney stone and urinary blader growth 3)Do a kidney function test 4)Finally do a physical examination of urinary tract by any Urologist to ruled out any trauma present or not.
I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me. Wishing you all the best. Thanks Dr UN Sahoo
