What Causes Painful Intercourse And Swelling In The Vagina?
I have had pain (more of a stinging type of pain) during sex. It is located in the right side of my vagina opening. I also now have a small lump to the right side of my clitoris, and when I look at it- it almost looks like the vein next to my clitoris is swollen and hard.

The pain you describe during intercourse may be due irritation of the lump.I will suggest you see the Doctor to examination of the lump.Possible causes of such a vaginal lump may include: local vaginal infection, STI like syphilis, herpes or just a vaginal mass like cyst, polyp, wart...
