What Causes Painful Intercourse And Vaginal Discharge?

i have gas, bloating. rumbling stomach. pulsating mass that comes and goes in stomach. pain during sex on right side during deep penetration, white discharge. I am on zantac now, had yeast infection month ago tested for all stds had none.. also have blurred vision at times. dizzy at times. tired at times.. 42 yrs old female .. i have a iud, breast implants. 3 kids.. any info??
