General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I understand your concern. Pain in intercourse with PCOS is cause due to the fact that during that when the male organ causes pressure on the ovaries, it causes spillage of fluid from the cysts, which in turn causes pain.
If this is something that happens occasionally, you may try to adjust your position during intercourse so the ovaries are under least pressure. If this is something that happens regularly, then you should see your gynecologist for further investigation.

Wishing you all the best.
