Hi,
In the current scenario, you should have a local examination done under a speculum to look for vaginal and/or cervical tears. Please abstain from further sexual intercourse until a proper diagnosis is made and complete treatment done. Local infections like vaginitis, cystitis, cervicitis, erosions etc. can cause irregular menstruation. Please take bed rest and avoid any strenuous activity. The swelling in the abdomen needs to be evaluated through clinical evaluation and a sonogram. Hope this helps.
