What Causes Painful Intercourse?

I m 60 years old & it has been about 2 years without intercourse. Now with my partner & i are having intercourse this first time after 2 years for me it hurt & yes i used a lubracint. Will it stop after a few times of having intercourse. It felt like the first time when i was younger.

Hi I think it will be okay after few contact. You can use lubricants till the. If it is very painful, it can be due to atrophic vaginitis. For that, you can try some oestrogen containing ointment vaginally. Consult a gynecologist for proper prescription. Hope it helps.
