What Causes Painful Intercourse?

my and me are not able to do sex. It is very difficult to insert and the penis always slips. if he try hard to insert, i am getting injured. Below the hole it is cracking. Before marriage i had fungal infection , after consulting the doctor and changing to less humidity area, it is gone.
