What Causes Painful Intercourse?

I have a pain that is not severe but nagging. It is mostly after I void like a pulling and pressure pain. I also have painful intercourse with deep thrust, I was given a hysterectomy for that but the pain is still there, also I was sent to Physical therapy for it as well with no success.
