HI DOCTOR, IT IS A LARGE AREA ON THE BACK OF MY LEFT LEG JUST ABOVE WHERE MY KNEE BENDS, ITS PAINFUL TO TOUCH BY CLOTHES OR HAND AND IT ITCHES REALLY BAD. IT DOESN T STAY ALWAYS BUT FLAIRS UP. WHEN IT FLAIR UP TWO SPOTS ON MY LEFT ARM ALSO SHOWS UP AND ITCH REALLY BAD ALL ON LEFT SIDE. WHAT IS THIS
