What Causes Painful, Itchy Facial Blisters And Painful Left Chest Tightness?

I m 47 year old female wife n mother of 4 Approx 2wks ago I had a bad cold (cough sneeze chest congestion sinus pressure) I took over the counter cold med. thought I was starting to feel better then on Sunday I noticed a bad breakout of red pimple like bumps all over my face. They hurt n itched! Also experienced tightness to my left upper chest. At times I would have to make a tight fist to hold the cramping pain. Now about one hour ago a very large flesh, painful lump appeared to the upper hairline of my forehead. What is going on with me???

Hello dear,

Thank you for the query ,
I tried to understand your question and I think you may have episode of H.zoster, that is very painful condition with blister /vesicles in one segment of body part ,in your case face and chest , but usually it affects only one side of the body part,

so will have to see the lesions for confirmation and believe me you will have to start the antivirals as early as possible to get best results, you can send me images at drrasesh@gmail.com at earliest convenience so that I can help you
