General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings Sorry
Regarding your daughters symptoms of persistent pain and swelling of the right hand with intake of ibugesic I am suggesting that she has a condition called migrating arthritis
In view of this please do the following test in spite of the negative urine and blood test
X-RAY of the wrist
joint fluid aspiration for culture
Meanwhile please see your paediatric specialist with the results and for further expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
I hope this helps Regards
