What Causes Painful Joints And Mild Swelling In Right Hand Of A Teenager?
My daughter is 15 years old she has been complaining of pain in almost all joints for the past 5 days.I got the blood and urine test done as suggested by the doctor.Her reports are normal.The doctor asked to take Ibugesic plus 3 times.Today she has pain more in her right hand and it has slight swelling.it pain even when its touched.What to do?
Hello dear Greetings Sorry Regarding your daughters symptoms of persistent pain and swelling of the right hand with intake of ibugesic I am suggesting that she has a condition called migrating arthritis In view of this please do the following test in spite of the negative urine and blood test X-RAY of the wrist joint fluid aspiration for culture Meanwhile please see your paediatric specialist with the results and for further expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription I hope this helps Regards
