What Causes Painful Lump In Ankle With Tightening Sensation In Calves?

Started with lump in ankle which appeared without injury. Feeling a tightening in my calves and then this morning I felt a lump in my calf which quickly moved up to my hip. The lump has been on my foot for a couple days and it only hurts to bend my ankle.
