Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a problem with hemorrhoids since I had my children. I was always able to use home treatments to ease the symptoms and pain. Four days ago I noticed a big painful lump directly inside my rectum that was painful and tender to touch. No home remedies have eased it. I recently asked my bf to look and he says its a black lump that looks like a black head. It hasn t gone away and is very painful. please let me know what u think and I would like to spare any exams if possible and deal with this on my own. I also have HPV though I have had minimal sex partners and very obsessed with condoms. :(
