What Causes Painful Lump Near Labia?

I developed a very painful lump on near my left labia, but below near my annus. I think it is a is Bartholin Gland Cyst. female, 57 years, have not had sex in over 10 years, yes really. Maybe bad food cause this? no pimple type head, just a red sore bump, maybe 3/4 to 1 inch wide mic

Painful lump near labia could be
Blocked hair follicle, Blocked sweat gland, Bartholin cyst, Fordyce cyst
Do not pop up , it causes infection and bleeding
But as it is associated with pain, then you should consult to doctor for drainage and take antibiotics.
Apply warm pad application
Maintain proper pelvic hygien and keep the area clean adn dry
