Hi...
Thanks for your query...

As per your query it seems that you had traumatic extractions on either side and as all your four wisdom teeth are removed it must have given severe inflammation and pain, swelling, redness, paleness of surface and increase in temperature of the inflammed area are the signs of inflammation and after getting all your four wisdom teeth removed in one sitting it must have given you severe inflammation as well as your muscles in the facial region must also have become stiff...

Mouth opening may also reduced because of the above reason itself..

I would suggest you to visit your dentist so that he can evaluate your current status and prescribe your with muscle relaxants which you are not allergic to as well as painkillers and antibiotics..

In order to increase your mouth opening u can do some exercises like..
-Try to open your mouth as much as possible and do this exercise many times a day..
Try n take your tongue out of ur mouth fully..

Other thing you can do is to apply ice packs over cheeks to reduce inflammation..

Hope you get finer soon..

Thanks n regards..
