What Causes Painful Lump On Forehead?

3 days ago a lump formed on my forehead between my right temple and right eye; just at the edge of the eye brow. it is painful at time, but not all the time. it does not itch, but it is beginning to blur vision in my right eye. i am beginning to get concerned

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have angular dermoid or some soft tissue tumor or cyst. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take treatment accordingly. Surgical excision is the treatment of choice. Once its excised you vision gets clear.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
