What Causes Painful Lump On Head And Persistent Headache?

Lump on head appeared overnight. Been a week and I still have it. Does not hurt to the touch but I have been clenching my teeth and have a slight but constant pressure headache. Lump is about an inch wide maybe. Doesn t feel round but goes down onto my forehead a little.what could it be
